Delete your account.
Permanently delete your clickNclean account and associated data. Verify your phone number with a one-time code to confirm — no login required.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and account access — your account is deactivated and can no longer be used to sign in.
- Your saved details associated with the account (name, phone, addresses).
- All registered devices, so you stop receiving push notifications.
- Usage analytics linked to your account, if you allowed it in the app — we ask Google to delete it from Google Analytics.
What we keep
- Past orders and billing/ledger records are retained for legal, tax, and accounting purposes — but are no longer linked to an active, reachable account.
- A record of the privacy choices you made in the app, such as whether you allowed usage analytics — kept so we can show we respected them. It contains no analytics data.
Before you can delete
- You must have no active orders (in progress or scheduled).
- Your account balance must be zero — no outstanding dues and no remaining credit. If you have credit, ask our support team for a refund first.
We'll text a 6-digit code to your number. It's valid for 5 minutes; you can request a new one every 60 seconds (up to 3 times in 30 minutes).
